Competition is heating up for our teams that are still in action this season, even if the temperatures were going in the opposite direction this weekend.

The Bungendore Mudchicks forfeited to our women's team, (forfeits are recorded as a 20-0 win) and many of them took the opportunity to support the men's team at Viking Park.

In that men's game, the Dirty Reds registered one of the most exciting finishes of the year, or for that matter in many years, with a 33-27 win over ADFA and will now progress to next weekend's grand final.

It was a tough day at the office for the Under 13s, but in bitterly cold conditions they saw the game through, losing to second place St Edmund's Blue by 50-0.
