Dirty Reds (Men)

The Goulburn men’s rugby team has been in existence in one form or another since 1872, and known as the Dirty Reds since the 1970s (a May ’75 article mentions that Dirty Reds was the name they were called by Terry Tilden).
Since their most recent re-start in 1957, they have played in the ACT competition (1957-1972), Southern Tablelands (1973-1978), Illawarra (1979-1982), ACT (1983-1985), Illawarra (1986-1989), Monaro (1990 – 2015) and ACT 1st division (2016-present).
In the years 2007 to 2016 the Reds had their most successful period with multiple first and reserve grade wins.
In 2025 the first grade side will be coached by David Anable and the reserve grade side is coached by Corbie Yeo.
