Ben Pearson debuted as a player for the Goulburn Dirty Reds in one third grade match in 1993 while still a student at St Patrick’s College, Goulburn.
In the 1994 season, his first full season with the club, he played every game in first grade.
A talented hooker and prop, occasional breakaway (and fly half at times), Ben was frequently selected in Monaro and other rep teams and in the late 90s, early 00s played with the Canberra Kookaburras.
