The Goulburn Rugby Committee made the difficult decision to cancel fizzy reds competition for 2020. Running a shortened competition with uncertainty around crowds and restrictions, on Friday nights through the worst of winter was the reasoning behind the decision.

The Goulburn Rugby Committee made the difficult decision to cancel fizzy reds competition for 2020.

Running a shortened competition with uncertainty around crowds and restrictions, on Friday nights through the worst of winter was the reasoning behind the decision. We are sorry to have to cancel on our youngest members but will be back bigger than ever next year!

We are pleased to say we will be fielding teams in the ACT Junior Competition in the under 14s, 15s & 16s and welcome all players to training at 4pm at Poidevin Oval each Tuesday and Thursday. We are also open to Under 13s or 18s if there is enough interest so please get in touch!

The other good news is that both men’s and women’s senior teams will compete this season. Final details about the length and composition of those competitions will be advised shortly. With many local rugby union and rugby league teams sitting out for season 2020, contact the club if you are interested in having a run.
