Dirty Reds presentations and awards cap off season 2021

The Goulburn Dirty Reds capped off another COVID affected season with a club presentation afternoon at their Rugby Park Clubhouse on Saturday November 27.

Some of the challenges offered up this year included shortened seasons in each grade, and first grade seemingly denied the premiership they were destined to win, finishing the home and away season undefeated minor premiers, but none of that mattered as the club came together to celebrate another great year of rugby together.

Highlights included a bagful of trophies for Mik Webber who picked up the best forward, best and fairest player, players’ player and Yabbie of the Year awards; Pearl Rakete being awarded the Most Outstanding Prospect Award for her Brumbies representation; and the club minting the new Luke McCue Coach’s Award for the best junior player.

The Dirty Reds will formally complete the season with their AGM at the clubhouse at 6pm on 8 December.
